Before the first week: how to verify your timetable

A checklist for timetable versions, locations, changes and contacts before classes begin.

Editorial guidance pending university review. It does not establish a procedure, deadline or approved service. Confirm binding requirements with the responsible office.

Use the timetable delivered through the official portal or by the responsible office. Record when you downloaded it because draft versions may change. The program, semester, group and study mode should match your individual notice.

For every class, check the room code, building, in-person or remote format, and instructor. Open meeting links only from a trusted source. If two entries overlap, report the conflict before class and retain the response.

Check the timetable again on the evening before the first day and before travelling to campus. A screenshot helps if connectivity fails but does not replace the current version. Do not publish class links, participant lists or instructor details in open groups.
