The applicant creates an account, selects a program and mode, and completes contact details.
The system accepts certificate scans, admissions-fee confirmations and language documents.
Art, psychology and selected practical programs may require an interview or portfolio.
Results are visible in the admissions system and sent by email.
The applicant submits originals and signs required declarations.
If places remain, the university opens an additional admission round.
Applicants create an IRK UZC account, choose a program, attach document scans and track application status. Access to the admissions system will be published by the Admissions Office.
Required: secondary certificate, photo, admissions-fee confirmation and signed forms.
Foreign documents require legalization or apostille and sworn translation if not in Polish or English.
The admissions fee is PLN 85 per program. Tuition depends on the program and is shown on the program page.
The Admissions Office provides phone, email and online consultations for candidates.
Applicants may appeal within 14 days of receiving a decision. Appeals are submitted electronically in IRK or in writing to the Rector through the Admissions Office.
