Orientation week begins on September 28. Before travelling, check the latest notice in the portal and events calendar; general listings do not replace your individual timetable or messages from the responsible office.
Note the building address, room code, start time and travel time. Allow extra time to find the entrance and account for a possible room change. If two notices differ, contact the organizer before travelling.
Bring identification, the case number or identifier shown in your correspondence, and a list of questions. Never share your password or one-time code. After a meeting, record agreed dates and actions.
